If I could give less than one star, I would. My father entered Pruitt Health Hospice care in April and passed away on May 1. We were promised compassionate, reliable care throughout his transition. What we received was abandonment in our most critical moments. On his first night home, he experienced a medical emergency. I work with Pruitt Hospice on a regular basis at TerraBella Summerville. Their community relations rep is very professional and has great communication. If you ever need hospice services I would highly recommend Pruitt hospice.
This Hospice company has such amazing people who will go above and beyond making sure the patient and the family is taken care of and the way they love their patients and families is so special. Amazing team! It’s a privilege to know them and I would recommend to anyone’s loved one.
My husband passed away in May, but this is the first time I really have able to sit and collect my thoughts to express how wonderful we were both taken care of by the staff of Pruitt Health. This Hospice provides above and beyond excellent care. The entire staff puts patients and families first and strives for individualized care to meet their needs. I know many families who have had a good experience and refer additional family members and friends.
