AWFUL experience and customer service could not be worse. We purchased a home in December 2024 with the agreement the hot water heater would be replaced. The seller paid Pruitt Plumbing for a new hot water heater and installation with warranty. Unfortunately, from the moment we moved in we had issues with the faulty heater. Unanswered calls, voicemails not returned, and after 3 visits and then over a week to be notified we would be charged for pick up, delivery, and installation.
