I wish I could give this company negative stars. We rented a house from them for 4 1/2 years. My problem is just that any time anything with the house came up, it was like pulling teeth to get them to take care of it. And when they did, they were condescending and rude. They gave us a move-in date, and we secured movers. We get to the house and the carpet was still wet from cleaning. WATCH OUT!!! Pruitt Management is worst rental company we've ever rented from. Just want to warn everyone and anyone that rents from them, to make sure you take note the condition of everything in the house you rent. TAKE PICTURES of everything that you think is weird or wrong with the place you rent!!! That is the only way you can dispute anything you're charged for at move out. Pruitt Management Company, We recently attempted to rent an apartment in the valley and we were declined due to an eviction you claimed on our leasing credit. We have only leased one property from you at 3435 E. Helena Dr. Phoenix Az. 85032. We were not evicted from the property in fact we completed the lease. This report you filed to the credit agency is not truthful. If you say we were evicted then show me the judgment.
