I'm giving Dan a 5 stars because he's good at what he does and is "the only one" around here that finishes floors. However, I've called multiple times and left messages with no return. My floors were not finished by him. I'll be renting a drum sander and will be doing it myself. Growing up in the hardwood flooring and logging industry, this should be a piece of cake for me anyway. Maybe I'll start a business for myself...since there's a clear need...anyone can be a receptionist though. Just my thoughts
