I have rented an apartment through this property management company for over a year now and they are always quick to respond to any maintenance related issues I have. The office staff is friendly and easy to work with. No complaints from me. I have been very happy.
Worst Property Management company I have ever worked with, and I work with 40 - 50 Companies per year when I put my employees in long term housing. They are rude, they do not care about their tenants. Withholding rent is the only way they will fix something. If you ask them to fix something they retaliate against you more often then not by making the situation worse. They offer amenities that the quickly take away as soon as you move in.
