Starting with the staff…they are professional, yet friendly and caring. They were very accommodating when making my appointment. The techs were very caring and patient while performing the eye tests. Dr. Prudhomme is extremely knowledgeable and explained things thoroughly. He listened and then offered helpful suggestions. The ladies that work with the eyeglasses and frames are also very friendly and helpful. I am extremely happy with the service that I received!

Never have I thought "I've made a mistake and I want to leave now" during a medical examination until my experience with Dr. Prudhomme at Riverbend Eyecare. Prudhomme was condescending, dismissive, and extremely unhelpful. His procedure and methodology serves not to help his patient but to antagonize and goad until he obtains a expected and desired response. His analogizing lasik procedure to breast surgery was uncouth and unprofessional. Do not recommend.
