Dealt with Realtor "Fran Freeman". She had a property listed as "backing to conservation area", when in fact it was "residential common area" that could at any time be developed into retail, more housing, etc. If we didn't do our own research it could have been a very costly mistake. Imagine buying a house thinking you were backing to a protected preserve, then one day you wake up to find the land being cleared for further development and the value of your house just went down the toilet. Nice way to do business.
Jon was very personable when we met him. We wanted to see a more unique type of home and less cookie cutter type. He found the perfect home for us.
When we decided to move up from South Florida we met Jon Ombres and he knew exactly what we wanted. He made our experience a real pleasure. If we ever need someone again we will definitely call Jon.
