honestly how does this company get away with being a complete slum lord for 20 years and then expect their tenants to pay extreme rent increases every year. they absolutely refuse to fix the parking lot

The landlord never answered their phones when we would call, and now they're trying to get more money out of us after we've been moved out of the apartments since June. Saying there was burns in the carpet when there was not a single burn in it, not to mention the carpet wasn't replaced before we had moved in. Terrible honestly really just terrible.
