Prudential hometown realtors, is now Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Realtors in Jacksonville NC. Worst property managers I have ever dealt with (by far). They charged me a $75 service fee for a broken fence that was not repaired until 4 months later (which they had no plans of repairing, but keeping my money). That $75 repair consisted of them nailing up one board. They lost the key to my storm door and refused to reimburse me for having the lock re-keyed.
