We bought a house and there were some issues and they really went to bat for us to make sure were finished and finished right before we got the house. She was able to talk down the price because of certain issues with the house it was so great.
I would definitely recommend Berkshire Hathway Realty to anyone buying a house. They dont mess around they are professional but very nice people all at the same time. They helped us so much be able to get our dream home.
