Dr Marcelin is great but his entire staff is awful! They’re not friendly, or helpful in any way and forget about having a blood test there! The phlebotomist seems to have never taken blood in her life! Also, no one returns calls from patients… Won’t go back there, a waste of time.
Wonderful doctor that genuinely cares about people!! From simple routine visits to more serious health concerns, he encourages, motivates, and effectively treats. And the staff are friendly and helpful too! Highest recommendations!!
I am THRILLED to have found Dr. Marcelin. Finally a doctor that genuinely cares and listens to me. He is very knowledgeable and took a lot of time with me (as a new patient). He is a lovely man and wonderful doctor. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I do believe Dr. Marcelin is sort of like an angel; He has always been so kind, friendly, professional, and caring. I never really liked doing medical check-ups because I did not have that patient-doctor trust relationship. I have recommended him to family members and friends, and their interactions are always positive. Overall I think he does a great job.

I have phoned the office several times a day for four days straight, and they NEVER answer the phone. Try it and see: 407-790-7870. I am waiting for approval of a critical transport chair. I have Muscular Dystrophy. The office completed the paperwork incorrectly (did not bother to read insurance guidelines). They will not respond to Colonial Medical Supply to discuss their error. Multiple faxes and messages...Still waiting. What good is the Doc if you can't reach his office?
Dr. Marcelin has been, without a doubt, one of the best Doctors I've ever had. He takes the necessary amount of time required to listen to you. He does not rush in and out of the room, he actually sits down & hears the patient’s concerns. I feel so fortunate to have a Doctor that seems to care about his patient’s overall well being. Incredibly calm, mellow office, I love it! I have been going to Dr Marcelin for almost 4 years now. I first went because it was convenient for me as he is in the same building. Over the years I have found him to thorough, caring and funny. He does not rush his patients so you need to know that. Simply put, the time he is giving to other patients is the time he will give to you as well. This is not a chop shot, take your money, rush you in, rush you out. He cares and so that takes time.
