The office staff are some of the dumbest medical assistants I have ever met in my life. If you want to go to an office where the entire staff must have cheated their way through school, they don’t do blood draws, they don’t answer the phone, they cannot read or write. Any forms you need filled out will be completely wrong. Why this amazingly talented Doctor let his staff drive his practice right into the ground is beyond me.
