I was with a group of lovey ladies who just had an excellent tasting menu dinner at Prubechu! Wonderful atmosphere, delicious, creative and artistic food. It was so fun to watch the chefs and interact with them - telling stories and history of Guam. It was easy to make reservations and the chefs where more than happy to adjust to a few gluten free/dairy free requests. I would highly recommend this restaurant - marvelous experience!
The food is delicious... I can't wait to go back & try some more dishes..
Gosh, what can I say. It took me back to my childhood on Guam. The food was so good. The service was excellent. Very friendly. Can't wait till they expand to Austin.
A definite must, for anyone wanting a great fusion of Guamanian food with a master chefs flair. The staff on hand gives that welcome home feeling and yet keeps it professional. Wishing only the best life has to offer for all the staff & owners.
Wow!!!! What a unique an unbelievably amazing take on chamorro cuisine! This was worth the drive from the East Bay and one of the very few reasons that I would venture into the city again which is something I rarely do. The customer service, the detailed descriptions of each dish as it was placed on our table, the timing between each dish so we could truly experience the flavors and not be bombarded by too many at once, the simplicity and home feel of the venue itself......Impeccable!!!!!
Very good Guam food!
