Dr Rand performed PRP injections in my left shoulder joint. This was my last resort after an MRI revealed a torn labrum and deteriorating arthritic joint. I lived in constant pain, had limited movement and was told the only intervention would be shoulder replacement surgery by a reputable Orthopedic Surgeon. After only one treatment I have 50% more movement and I have a fraction of the pain. I just returned for a second treatment. I highly recommend PRP treatment.
