This review is long overdue but I happened to look up Pro West Appraisal to recommend Erik Engstrom to a friend, and noticed the one star review. I would like to add my experience with Erik Engstrom, which was nothing less than stellar. In 2014 I was in the middle of a very contentious divorce that centered around the value of the family home. I wanted to buy my (now ex-) husband out of the house so my two high school aged daughters could continue to live in the house and finish out their high school years with the same kids... read more

Appraiser Rick missed his appointment - under direction from our lawyer we have a certain amount of time to get this done. We are out of state and relied on this company to hit the date. They did not. My wife called the appraiser who admitted he messed up the addresses (not my fault) and would not make it out. Peoples time is valuable and we needed this done today. The appraiser hung up on my wife who already was not happy with the lack of professionalism and the too bad so sad attitude of Rick. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SATISFACTIO... read more
