If you do not mind scheduling an appointment and the guy showing up 3 to 5 hours late or not even showing up, its good :). It used to be super reliable, now everytime I schedule and appt I have to check the app constantly to get in touch with the cleaner to see where he is. Last time using the app today. not recommended.
At the beginning using this service via the app was great! Within the last couple of months, it’s been absolutely terrible. You would schedule a wash and no one shows up. Or you would schedule a wash for a particular time and they’d change your time without approval. Zero communication as well. They very rarely respond to their in app chat feature. This tells me they have no regard for customer’s time . So if you are a person on a tight schedule, find another service.
El servicio mas completo y cómodo que he recibido para lavar el auto. Lo coordinas directo de la aplicación y llegan en horario. Excelente!!
