The staff are absolutely phenomenal. They truly care about each and every patient that enters that facility. I could go on and on about how dedicated each staff member is to provide outstanding care for each patient.
Great place to have your loved ones cared for. Very friendly staff and very clean rooms and halls, no bad smells. Great activities, great therapy equipment as the food is good. I highly recommend going here for and rehabilitation.
I could go on and on about this place , Provo nursing and rehab is NOT where you should take your loved ones. My grandmother lived there for quite a few years after having a stroke, she was placed here for what was supposed to be a quick recovery , during her stay and we had a multitude of troubles including another stroke and the seemed to only get worse while living there. Of the great place my friend has be been a patient there before there’s a lot of students and a lot of good nurses and patients seem happy that’s good therapists
Better sanitation. We went to visit a loved one today and the smell is HORRIBLE! The stench of old urine is unreal. Our loved ones oxygen tank was almost to empty,better than usual when we go and I take an empty tank to the desk to get another.
Giving 1 star because o stars is not an option. Nursing staff is not educated or trained. They do not understand how to properly administer medication, and this could have been fatal for my dad! The facilities are fithy and unsanitary. The food is disgusting. DON'T allow anyone you love to go here, I wouldn't wish this place on my worse enemy!!! My heart brakes for everyone in this facility! Physical therapy was the only good thing. They are knowledgeable and care about the patient.
