Hasn't gotten better. Ridiculous.
A relative was there for a short period of time and their care was not good at all. It seemed as though these people don’t want to be there. They don’t want to help the patients. They stand in the hall and talk and laugh. They don’t listen to suggestions from the relatives, family for help helping them. I will never put another relative in the Atlantes.
Unclean memory care equipment. Serving old meat. Raw meat on the salad line. Moldy items. Food temperature abuse. Non-disclosure of allergens. Ask for a tour of the kitchen. Maybe they'll finally clean the grime off the floor.
