I first became a patient of Provision Eye Care in 2024 at their Hoboken office, where I saw Dr. Tong in person. My family of three has used the practice. At my June 5 appointment in Jersey City, a technician performed the routine testing and the doctor then joined remotely through Microsoft Teams. Terrible service. There is no doctor in office and they use a video doctor which shows that they are willing to sacrifice service and patient outcomes to maximize their profits (the doctor herself was fine) but even worse, they have cancelled two of my recheck appointments and are still giving me the run around for my recheck for six weeks after my initial appointment.
