Great experience getting an iron infusion. The staff was lovely and the process was easy.
I had to have an iron infusion. I spoke to Graham several times before my appointment. He took my calls every time and answered all my questions. The nurses were lovely. I had nurse Tiago who was knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process. I was in a room with about 6 other patients. The only negative was that CNN was playing on the TV. It wasn’t exactly a cozy warm environment. The last thing we needed was to hear more bad news on the tv while thinking about our own health problems.
Would not recommend. Did nothing to put me at ease. I was told on the phone things that were not true on arrival like they can bill my insurance and that I could have someone sit with me. I was referred by my dr but had to ask for someone to set expectations and things to look out for First nurse told me I shouldn’t expect any differences or improvements, which makes me feel that they are not knowledgable and has me wondering why I gave them $700. The nurses and doctor are excellent, so two stars just for them! However the admin fellow can be unnecessarily rude and over familiar at times. It almost feels like thinks it's favor and not paid service he's employer is offering. I am glad I went once in the summer and never again!
