The staff and facilities where 100% better then even the hospitals that I previous visited for this procedure in the past. Excellent, fast, clean and courteous visit at this location. Not impressed! The doctor that performed my procedure had no bedside manners. He talked to me like I was either an idiot, a nuisance, or a criminal. He questioned me as to why I was getting the endoscopy/colonoscopy as if I was wasting his time. I have had an endoscopy in the past and have not had the side effects I am experiencing today (procedure was yesterday morning). My jaw is hurting and I have lost my voice.
