They were professional, efficient and kind. It’s always a bit unnerving so these attributes are always appreciated.
Exceptional care from the minute you walk through the door. They take the time to answer questions and ensure you are comfortable throughout the time you are there. I would definitely go back if ever I need the procedure again!

Terrible experience! I was told that I would be fully asleep (sedated) during the gastrocopy but I was awake while they forced a long tube down my throat and while struggling the nurses pressed me down so I couldn't move. I hated the experience, it was a total nightmare and I still feel the pain in my throat. I will not recommend, they seemed nice at first but I tried to speak to a nurse about my experience and she tried to gaslight me. Horrible!
