This facility is all about how to bill the insurance companies. The phone system is inefficient. Rarely do you get to speak with someone. I was told that the Dr. Excepted me as a new patient to find out I was seeing an RN who others think is a Doctor. I do not trust my care with this facility and the people's I have encountered. Inefficient and substandard are the two best words I can use to describe what I have experienced. No humanitarianism nor real care. Shameful to say the least
I applied to be a new patient and its been 3 weeks with no reply back.
Dr Carreon is very warm and his wife too. The office staff is great
No sense of time. We we were early to our appointment. Somehow when they opened at business hours, they allowed another patient to come in the back door and sit in the waiting room. Our appointment was at 9am. (First appointment of the day) Now somehow others have been called back and we are 30 minutes passed the scheduled appointment. Doctor is very nice and helpful. Increased review from 1 start to 3 star. Seems to be mainly a front of house issue.
Providence Care has Been Very Helpful for 3 years. The Staff is always helpful, smiling and available. My Doctor is Amazing also.
