Absolutely awful customer service! I was referred out to Dr. Linfoot by my Army PCM for possible cervical cancer. Tricare even faxed them my referral the same day it was approved to speed things up. When I called the clinic I was told they would be in touch with me in couple of days. Since then, I made 11 phone calls and still no appointment.
