Mike McCleery and Dr. Richard Jolly are wonderful and they treat me with care and respect every time I see them. The staff in the front of the clinics were very helpful and I was called twice to confirm my appointment 1 and 2 days prior. I have been to both the North and Swedish clinics and both experiences went very well. A lot of the reviews for Provident are negative but I have yet to have a negative experience working with their staff.
DO NOT GO HERE! Staff is very rude they dont return calls. The are so uneducated. Including Nurse practitioner is worthless and uneducated. This place should not be in business. No one in the westminster office should even be allowed to practice medicine. If you value your health do not go here!
Facilities could use a bit of sprucing up but the staff is solid and care top notch.
Do not use this clinic! Nasty staff and nurses! Had to use the restroom before appointment and I was scolded because Nurse Ratched had to wait 2 minutes. Forever and ever hold times when calling to get simple information. Magically rising balance due, yet they wont send a itemized bill of what the charges are. Stay away!!!
Not rating bad because of the doctors but because of the rude lady at the desk i have gone in here a lot with my grandma and the people at the desk are usually nice like if shes late and has to reschedule they usually aren't mean but today was my first appointment with a doctor whom i have seen before at another clinic and i had wrote down the time but i guess i was suppose to be there a half hour early because i was new at that clinic, honestly paperwork takes like two minutes to fill out but instead she told me i would hav... read more
