I'm glad i did not get my loan approved by them
They operate like the financial mafia. They don't care about their customers and their approach is "shut up and pay us your money." Their customer service is below putrid. Good luck if you want the name of someone's manager, the CEO, or the corporate address. They give you nothing. I filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the California State Attorney General's Office, Consumer Division. I'm counting down the months before my mortgage will be paid off.
