November 2024 - Once again, they came through for us. Tami (who is dear to my heart due to all the help she has ensured I had, which helped me emotionally also) Emilee and Raj were wonderful in their scheduling to ensure Dad went home with 24/7 around the clock care. We wanted to keep him home in place of a rehab facility after back surgery, they were caring and helped relieve the stress of finding help for him. You couldn’t ask for more attentive, compassionate people to care for your loved ones. I feel very fortunate to have had them up until the very end with my mom. We leaned on them and they were there to help us get through the hard times. She truly loved them!
We love using Provident Care and highly recommend them to anyone in need of in-home care. We've used their services for years, and every experience has been great. They always listen to our needs and provide excellent caregivers who truly care about our loved ones. Tammy and Raj have been especially wonderful, always going the extra mile to make sure we get the best care possible. We are so thankful for their help and dedication!
Excellent company! They keep you close to home and if you do drive to Stockton or further they will allow you to take company car. They have managers that will go to your first shift somewhere and so you are not going in blind. Staff are super friendly and personable. They have a transportation team and so the riders are familiar with their drivers. The atmosphere is super chill and relax. Raj is super nice and friendly being the only male staff. I’ve heard great feedback from other employees and community.
I’m doing this review for my grandma. She’s been using the company for a year now and she’s very happy. She especially loves her caregiver, Amanda.
