Luis is a great and friendly driver. I'm having difficulties sometimes and he helps me into and out of the van. I've had several other drivers and they've all been great, helpful, and friendly.
Great company!! Many perks as a caregiver and very good quality of care from staff. Clients are hard to deal with but the company is good. From a caregiver point of view.
I had the pleasure of working with them for a short time in 2022. They really set up great careplans for their clients. I now have came back to my assisted living (Dale Commons) as a director and they are always recommended to my families because they are so attentive and so caring and our residents famlies love using Provident care when our residents need that overnight 1 on 1 care or companion. Tammy is a delight if you ever get the pleasure of meeting her. The whole team is just a great group of caring people.
Manager Amy tries her hardest to get me the best caregivers in the valley. Angel and Jennifer are more than caregivers they are family...
The care and kindness they share with my Dad has made his very difficult move positive and successful. I am beyond grateful for all the help and care!!!
