Took my mom to her appointment and the receptionist was unexpectedly rude and dismissive. It made the visit uncomfortable. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect — hope this gets addressed.

I had a great experience I'm analyzed from the chest down so I'm in a wheelchair they were very helpful i saw the reviews and I was very nervous to be honest but I was amazed at the amount of knowledge they had about my particular issue they got my wound care stuff sent in super fast and they follow up very nicely

This place is horrible! I have never been treated so terribly by there RUDE receptionists then there Dr's. Who don't do crap for you. THIS HOSPITAL HAS BEEN ABUSIVE TO ME. I HAVE PTSD FROM THIS TERRIBLE PLACE

We have been going to the wound clinic about 4 times now. Every time the Dr's came into the room they never introduced themselves to my face. I was always on the table with my back end to them. Finally the last appointment I finally asked him to walk over to see who he was. Each time we have gone the staff have been absolutely awful. I have a stage 4 wound and they said ever time I have gone in that I would be living with an opened wound for the rest of my life! That wound would never heal. And that they don't do wound vacs.... read more

Why would you work in an environment that requires patience, understanding, and empathy when you don't have any of those qualities. You think people *want to come to a wound clinic? No it's not their ideal choice of a fun time. A multi-million dollar complex & you don't even have adequate medical equipment, I had to bring a sling from home for someone who was disabled and your doctor asked a 90 year old woman to have it prepared next time so they wouldn't have to do it.
