The people who work there are rude If you can find anyone they ignore there patients and don't appear to know what's going on they would have let my brother die if his grandson had not gone to check on him the OT made us leave because she was going to be working with him for an hour and 15 minutes and we had to leave she wasn't in his room 20 minutes and she was just plain hateful I only saw 1 person smile in all my visits they need to be shut down if you could find anyone they were behind a desk with their nose in a compute... read more
RecommendedI was so impressed by St. Luke's! It's an amazing facility, with an amazing staff! I spent nearly 3 weeks there recovering from major back surgery. Everyone there was so caring yet so professional. I felt very well taken care of, and was able to go home knowing that I had all the knowledge and tools I needed to continue my recovery in my home. staff and facilities seem great, came highly recommended from physicians.
Amazing, knowledgeable staff. very compassionate staff too. They also have the ability to make therapy fun. Therapists Megan, Erika, Stacy, Morgan, Kathleen, and all the ones I worked with were awesome and kind people and therapists. I will be forever grateful to the nurses, CNA (Izzie especially) and all the other staff and doctors.
What a great and rigorous PT program! Wonderful. I am walking again thanks to the therapists at St. Luke's.
Best team ever on the spine unit
i for 1 do NOT like how they push unnecessary meds/shots down your throat. my 2nd thing is how they keep changing night nurses on you. and none of them listen specially talking night nurses on top of all this i asked numerous times how much my stay is going to be i was told less then 5k. SO un truthful found out the other day is 55k
My son went there years ago when he had GBS. They did everything and anything they could to make him happy and comfortable during his stay, and gave me the knowledge to help him along when we were sent home!
Half of my paperwork that I had to fill out was done on an “I pad”... .. I walked in did my paperwork then a couple of minutes later I was back in. Room being seen!... office staff was very friendly!
