Horrible in the ER they have you waiting for a very long time and once they get you in a room not one nurse checks up on you to see if your okay or if you need pain medication. Also they never have beds available.
Yesterday I was a patient in your ER and ultimately admitted to the Stroke Center room 5122. I just would like to recognize and thank all your ER staff, stroke center staff, and all the ancillary staff (yes, every one of them) for the wonderful care and attention I was I was given. It was a very positive experience for me. I came in with a mild stroke symptom and the immediate care I received in the ER was phenomenal. Had a horrible experience I'm a very patient person in general but the waiting was ridiculous we waited 3 hours before being seen once we were in there we waited another 2 hours found out my son just had an infection he needed to fight. I was concerned because he was having trouble breathing I had to ask to get an inhaler prescribed and just to write the prescription it took another hour. Then we were about to leave nurse says hold on let me check his temp and vitals. Found out his oxygen levels were too low. He needed to ge... read more
