Well for as much as you can love a stay in the hospital... I was treated with respect and consideration. The cardiac unit gave a high level of care and were very good to me working out every detail needed for my release. There were so many people that touched me and made the 6 day stay more tolerable, but Denaley and Lindsay were the best! And when my girls were crying all night because they were afraid, the staff let them come and spend the night so they could know that their mom was ok.
Excellent customer service, all the nurses and the doctors are super nice.

I was impatient and I do think some things can improve but the service I ended up receiving tonight/this morning was incredible. My issue had more to do with the amount of time I was there but once I got over that piece, Dr. Murphy was patient and kind even though I was a handful. The nurse who assisted and gave me final instructions (I apologize for not getting her name) was also top notch. What's wrong with this picture....got a call from Tustin police that my niece was being taken to a hospital in an ambulance but couldn't tell her where or why. We found her at the ER here but she doesn't have a room yet and 2 HOURS later we still don't even know what happened and nobody is even a little helpful or compassionate. But security did ask us to move to the back of the waiting room so we left our seats only to find nowhere to sit in the back.
I love this hospital this is my hospital of choice and preference. I had the best doctors here perform 11 out of my 13 surgeries here my other 2 were at Memorial Hospital in Huntington Beach which is also another great hospital but this one holds it down for me I always know I will be very well taken care of here
