We had a wonderful experience in the Labor and Delivery department. Staff was so kind and attentive. Everyone treats you as family.
I've always received excellent care, and compassion from everyone at St. Jo's.
I'm not one to bolt off to the hospital. So if and when I do, anyone who knows me knows I'm really ill. Besides the 2hrs I was in the waiting area, my experience from checking in w/ the extremely welcoming volunteer Ms. Chris, the wonderful nurses who attended me then the very helpful discharge nurse was extremely pleasant. As far as the Dr. I wasn't really feeling her. I give the nurses and staff a 5 star rating because they truly deserve it.
