Only excepts orders for images via fax. and for some reason, all orders from UCSF are currently not making it through. of course, it's on the patient to help them find those orders. Providence won't call UCSF or try to figure out why THIER system isn't working. It's terribly unfortunate for the patient, adding stress to the already stressed and sick patients. No appointments for xrays means sitting for hours waiting in uncomfortable chairs with back and hip injuries. Terrible system!
