I wish I could give a good review of my emergency room visit, however it was a very poor experience. The Dr was miserable & rude and the room and bathroom were disgustingly dirty! will never go back!

Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital, where my mom was for 12 days, and discharged Wed. March 27th, left me a voicemail to call back as they have a discharge plan for my mother. WTF? This is the worst hospital--ever. I would sooner die than go into this hospital. When my mom was in their care, a caseworker mistakenly called me, never confirmed my mom's name with me, but instead gave me information about another patient! A HIPAA violation as well.

My girlfriend and I had gone to Memorial Hospital yesterday and they had checked her in to figure out what was wrong with her stomach and they took 5 hours to say they dont know then we went home and looked up the side effects of her birth control and thats what is was in conclusion Memorial Hospital is S H I T
