As a new patient before my scheduled initial exam I had a dental emergency. I called the office and Amy got me in the same day. Yvette took X-Rays and Dr. Pratt examined my teeth and explained the options and procedure necessary to treat me. He was able to preform the procedure right then. I have had some very poor experiences with dental offices so I am always concerned about trying a new dentist. I have to say I am so pleased with the care I received.. Friendly smiles great you as you come in. (Yes even under there masks). I have been going here 20 sum years. When ever I had a problem or just a check up they were there and very caring. Great work with my teeth and my smile!

Today was my 1st experience here and I am so happy I chose this dentist. The staff is awesome and the dentist with so patient and explained everything Perfectly and answered all my questions. They made me feel like I knew them my whole life. I would highly recommend them.

My whole experience was amazing from start to finish. Dr Pratt and all of the staff at Monroe family dentistry were amazing. Dr Pratt has an amazing bedside manner and explains everything so that you understand exactly what is going on.I will highly recommend him to anybody that needs dentistry. I have become a patient for life!

The staff at the dentist were very friendly and helpful, and they try to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. When going there at around noon, during pandemic, there didn't seem to be anyone else.
