I feel so listened to and taken care of by Dr Rice and his entire staff. They consistently offer first rate treatment and are always responsive to my concerns. I'm extremely grateful to Dr Rice and to the way he runs his practice.

Since this was only the second time visiting Dr. Rice's office, it is hard to give a valid rating. With that said, I believe that the services performed met my needs. Everyone is professional, caring and courteous.My only issue is the fees charged. I wish that they could be lower. You are serving folks, that for the most part, are on a fixed income (me) and, most likely (me) do not have dental insurance. I do realize that dental and medical costs are expensive, and I do appreciate the 5% discount; still very expensive.

I have the worst time with dentists and I am very prone to panic attacks. Both Dr. Rice and his hygienists were incredible and calming. They understood my situation and did their best to make me feel better. I really enjoy the fact that they provide a distraction for someone in my situation in the form of a tv show and headphones.
