Both Rachael from the insurance team and Jiyeon from the front office have been extremely helpful with my daughter’s MRI scheduling. 5 star!!⭐️
I’ve gotten 3 MRI’s done at Providence and honestly I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Providence Rezolut is clean and inviting. Ben and the rest of the front desk staff are kind and always willing to answer any questions you may have. The MRI techs are the best. During one of my 1st MRIs, the tech actually stayed with me to help me with my anxiety. Really went the extra mile to make sure I was okay. Cecy, Ben, Jiyeon were so friendly toward my little kid. Love it that they made me feel welcome and giving my kid high fives. The xray tech Chuong did my son xray and he was fantastic. Even though my son moved during the exam, he was very fast and efficient. 5 stars!! Great job guys!!!
I am very grateful to these guys for always treating me so well. I really like this place—it's clean, cozy, and comfortable. There are never any lines, everything happens on time, and the service is always excellent. Whenever I need to take a new exam, I come here with great pleasure.
