Singing Kirsten’s praises. I was changing an upcoming appointment and I had her looking in the wrong month. She was so patient with me.
No one answer & return my calls for few day... every dials.. dial 1, 7, 0, and I even left my voice messages asking to call me back for.scheduling, do you have enough employees or your phone line has a problem???
Fast and efficient! My family came here for a chest X-ray and was seen immediately without waiting. Very professional staff and clean facility. Note that a copay was required with insurance. Overall, a great place for quick imaging services in Irvine.
Horrible customer service. They did not bill or communicate with my insurance company. Texted me 2 months after my appointment stating I owed the remaining balance. I called them after receiving the text and they told me that it won't be in their system until the next week and to call them then. I then called back, they told me to call my insurance company.
