Unfortunately my husbands elderly, terminally ill, grandfather was taken here because it's the closest hospital. We've never been so frustrated. Not only did they completely blow us off and disregard our concerns when asking for care help, but they also disregarded our health concerns and sent him home with "normal test results" We now have to take him to another hospital to get care because of his pain and other symptoms that are continuing to get worse. The lack of care for our most vulnerable is inhumane.

One of the worst ER experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived with dangerously high blood pressure, severe throat pain, vomiting, and gastrointestinal issues. The ER doctor spent only a few rushed minutes with me, ignored my most serious symptoms, and failed to order basic, necessary tests like an MRI or CT scan. No medication was given to lower my BP or for nauseous due to vomiting. No medication for sore throat and upper respiratory infection. By the time the morning shift took over, my condition was no better, and new concerns... read more

Came in after a 5 hr flight from Alaska with a torn acl. Though very busy and short staffed I was treated in a somewhat timely manner and my patient care was stellar. Doctor Matt hall was punctual and sympathetic to my needs. Charge nurse merideth took my call after 15 pharmacies said they were back ordered on my prescriptions, and she took 30 minutes of her time 5o call around to pharmacies herself to get me to one thar could fill them. Never has a ER visit left me feeling taken care of until this visit. Thank you providenc... read more
