VERY DIRTY, bits of garbage, old masks, and even old blood on chairs. The younger receptionists are on their own schedule. Chatting to one another while "helping" my dad sign in (while my dad's having severe chest pain) Ok so .... 1st time - When my sister in law was in labor they told her she wasn't and sent her away- she almost gave birth in the car on the way to the next closest hospital. 2nd time- I took my dad in the ER for severe chest pain- we waited for 6 hours n the waiting room.. dad was puking in pain. 1st time - When my sister in law was in labor they told her she wasn't and sent her away- she almost gave birth in the car on the way to the next closest hospital. 2nd time- I took my dad in the ER for severe chest pain- we waited for 6 hours n the waiting room.. dad was puking in pain. They eventually saw him, ruled out heart attack Amma sent him home. A few days later I had to call 911 he was taken to Monroe ER And had emergency gallbladder surgery. I WILL never go to Colby campus again.
My cancer care has been exceptional here. Dr. K Is super knowledgeable, takes ample time to answer all my questions with more detail and info than I expect; is always on top of my chart messages if I have an issue. She truly cares about her patients and it shows in multiple ways. The nurse team in the infusion center are the best, so caring, so helpful they really make you feel special during a time of hardship and struggle. The medical assistant staff are great too. You really can’t go wrong here, consider them for your car... read more
Now that Optum controls the treatment, don't go here. Literally treated terribly while I'm going through cancer. I'm going to be reporting my oncologist to the state medical board for being so incompetent.
The cancer team is amazing! The radiation therapy team were the best! BTW, most of the bad reviews are about the hospital/emergency room across the street which is NOT the cancer hospital. Ignore those reviews
