Both PTs I have seen here have been great and the front desk staff are extremely nice! Really enjoy how knowledgeable everyone has been, even if I dont always enjoy the homework I get sent home with!

I understand cancellation policies, and early on I did have some late cancellations/no-shows due to unexpected life circumstances. The clinic told me I’d need a new referral to continue care, so I got a new one and restarted treatment. After that, I made every appointment with no late cancellations or no-shows. At my last visit, I realized I might not be able to commit to future appointments, so I cancelled them more than 2 weeks in advance specifically to respect their policy.
