If I could give this business less than one star I would. All of the staff in the front office are incredibly kind, but none of the providers seem to want to take any patients if you currently have a therapist. All DBT and intensive outpatient services take up your entire life and do not allow for working while you are doing the program because of time requirements. Apparently will only accept referrals from providence primary care providers. even though my pcp accepts providence insurance, psychiatry clinic east will not accept their referral, so I am unable to receive the help I need. This information isn't anywhere in my providence plan nor on their website, creating another hurdle to mental health care.
Above and beyond, I had paper work to get to St. V , I could not figure out how to scan and forward, Devonne saved me from a breakdown, so kind, helped me with my phone got everything sent for me, needed to go back next day with another form and she was just as helpful, they have their own parking lot, easy to find and navigate the building. Thank you Devonne you saved the day for me twice.
My friend who experience domestic violence was treated so poorly here. She had literally enrolled in the IOP like 2 days post-leaving her ex, needed a therapist to speak with but instead got treated like she had BPD from what she told me. The did not want to talk about any of the issues she had been struggling with and instead gave her recommendations for "sleep" that she had already been aware of. I am disgusted.
