My contact with the manager/owner was unique. He called me back when he said he would and gave me the information that I had asked for. Subsequently I visited his office and the people there were very helpful and the office was clean.

one of the worse management I have ever dealt with in my 40 years. they set a new standard for UNPROFESSIONAL business, lazy, un worthy to talk to. customer BE WAREawful awful awful
Ive been renting a townhouse for 6 months now and anytime I have had an issue the response has been either same or next day. Lisa has always been kind and respectful and understanding. The townhouse is a bit drafty, but that is not a management problem, its an owner issue and just the age of the property. I am very pleased with my experience renting through PPM.
Lack of air conditioning, no disposal, no w/d on property, rodents in uninsulated attic are very LOUD at night, and allotted parking spaces that do not meet the minimum City of Fayetteville code are just a few of the problems I encountered. Management also enters your apartment at will without even calling first as required by the written lease. This is my worst rental experience ever.
This is one of the worst management places i have dealt with. Horrible insulation. Been having problems with my upstairs neighbors being loud and parting while im sleeping and i tell them and im told to deal with the situation on my own. They dont spray for bugs and had a bad ant problem. Wouldnt recommend renting from these assholes.
responded quickly to initial issues with apartment. Unfortunately, they dont have authority to repair the apartment without actual owners permission. They essential are a middle man to rent and collect rents.otherwise they worked well with me.
They are wonderful to have as a landlord, and very understanding!
TERRIBLE MANAGER! They(PPM) dont treat tenants in a respectful manner if they(PPM) have a small problem with them, they take their time to repair broken items such as washer/dryer, and tow vehicles without warning. Nice apartments, but very tactless and unpunctual management.
