AMAZING IOP program! Ive been through 3. The others at Kaiser and this one. This one far exceeds theirs. I had also never done them in person. It was annoying at first, but you connect so much better with others going through it with you and the therapists. They even put you on a waitlist to do a follow up DBT group to support you afterward if you want/need more. Highly recommended 👌

This place has a great I.O.P program, I think it saved my life. Staff is great, there are people from different backgrounds who don't judge or assume, they are very accepting and welcoming to everyone, and they really know what they are doing, even the pharmacy they typically send you to is lovely. I've never felt listened to before coming to this place, it gave me hope. I have to specifically call out Kyle, Sarah and Alex, being supported, having things explained to me in a way I could understand, and getting medication man... read more
