Current property providence point is doing good. Nice place to live
I have lived at Providence Pointe for a few years now. The rent is affordable compared to a lot of other apartment complexes in Tallahassee, especially considering it's proximity to FAMU and FSU. The current property manager is very kind and responsive to any issues. Overall, the size of the units, community, location, etc, meet my needs personally and I enjoy living here.
Great place for students. Strategically located.
I am here since 2014.Lot of management company changed they were really bad. This Atlantic company and manager of this property is really good and hardworking . He made this place nice //quiet// and rented to nice people.I loves this place now.
