Better staffing... The aides and nurses are rude and nasty
May be fine for minimum needs therapy, but was terrible for my mother. Personnel shortage made for stressed, tired, and not very friendly nurses and aides. PT gave up on my mom pretty easily after 2 weeks, yet her current facility had her up and walking the first day. Would not go backup Providence Point. Beautiful facility but horrible care.

My parents have lived here since it's opened. I live out of state and it puts my mind at ease knowing that they live at such a caring facility.
I wish it had more than 5 star rating system because I'd rate it 1000! I absolutely loved working here. It was my second family. I absolutely love my residents and co workers and my bosses. This was the absolute best place I've ever worked and I feel honored to have been a part of it. My residents were the best and i love them and hope to be able to visit them someday. My coworkers and staff will always be like my second family. I will Always cherish the years I got to work there and no other future jobs will even come close... read more
