Always amazing customer service! We rented a tux for a formal event and it came in early, fit perfectly and was absolutely perfect. Lynette helped chose it for the event too! Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!

Words cannot begin to explain how happy we are with Providence place. They made picking out my dress easy. They were more the happy to help get a giant mess with my bridesmaids dress (I had ordered them through another bridal shop, BIG MISTAKE) sorted out! Karen the seamstress went above and beyond to make my 6 beautiful dress on top of doing the alterations on my own dress! Seriously they were true life savers! Hi Meghan, I'm very sorry you were not happy with our service. We truly tried to help you and Shelby with getting your dresses in quickly, at a discounted rate with 20% off since you were a Alfred Angelo bride. We also agreed to let you pay 1/2 down and balance due when the dress arrived. Once the dresses were ordered and shipped out, I found out the wedding was cancelled by a bridesmaids mother.
