I had a hole in my cieling for months, did not feel safe comimg outside because of all the illegal activity. I would call to get something fixed and get all kinds of sob stories about why it could not be done. yet they wanted full rent every month. I never got the who fixed, my living room floods during a hard rain. I broke my lease and got out before I drowned. I do not recommend it to anybody that cares what condition thaey live under.
