Our experience at Providence pediatric orthopedic was awful. Every single time I’ve called I have waited on hold for no less than 15 minutes. In addition my son had an absolutely garbage arm cast applied by a berry impatient tech. It was a mess and literally FELL OFF by day 5. When we called on a Friday their suggestion was to find an arm brace or go to the ER.. don’t waste your time. Legacy fracture clinic got us in within the day and got him in a correct fitting cast. If you have an elderly parent who is in extreme pain don’t go to her! She spent maybe 10 minutes with us and once she realized there was not a surgery opportunity for her she shut us down and said there was nothing she could do for us. Shame on her! She does not care about the elderly!
