We have been patients of this clinic for a few years now, and we have always had a great experience. I want to especially thank Victoria, MA, for her dedicated help to access affordable care for our child. She went above and beyond to get us resources, contact the pharmacy and insurance multiple times today to expedite a medication needed for treatment, that would have cost most peoples yearly salary. Have not yet seen a provider, will later in the month, but based on the call I just had with a clinic staff, I have become frustrated with them. While providence and doctors in general have a duty to care, this staff seems set on money and getting paid, regardless of the person on the other end of the phone. I haven’t even had the appointment yet, and they’re already rudely asking for money.
This endocrinology group is awesome. Dr. Hosono is very good and friendly. Good with kids and the office is very efficient. We are very happy with his care.
