RecommendedIt is a very clean facility with a great Staff!!! My Dad went in for rehab after his stroke. Their PTs were fantastic and got dad back to walking !!
My mother did very well in recovery from a fall. She gained weight and had increased strength and confidence after rehab. Very compassionate staff. Very clean facility.
Every one is very helpful, seem to be when you have an issue the don’t make you wait. I for sure wold recommend Providence Park rehabilitation !!
slow service employees need help takes forever to receive medication, or anything else that you asked for, also all you do is sit in the room, and its depressing place for patients, the good part is going to physical therapy but that only happened 2 times, my mom was only in there for 10 days , sit in room waiting forever for ANYTHING. Don't go here go anywhere BUT HERE
My friend was there. The office staff is terrible & unorganized. The night staff leaves the building & goes outside to see their boyfriends. Never recommend this place.
This is Unfortunately my 2nd stay do To strokes, but I have requested this place the second time. I was living in Longview and was at Good Shepherd . I could not move my left leg on the 30th of March’ I am proud to say I am on a walker now.. the Physical therapy department is phenomenal . I have worked with the best from, Dolar to Caleb, Cindy to Macie, and Grace.. I have a wonderful Team.. my Nursing team is excellent I know I’m going to butcher this name but Safronia is awesome , .. This is a piss poor place to send a loved one! When a call for help was made, the response was that "we don't have time right now. Just do what you have to do." Piss poor. I wouldn't send a sick cockroach here!
