The nurse who set up my infusion forgot to include the required filter at the end of the infusion line. No one knows the potential side effects of this neglect so they were only able to tell me to look out for signs of illness. I am a heart transplant patient and can’t afford to have mistakes in my care. I would not recommend this infusion center at Providence Northeast location.
People here were fantastic. Only problem was chair would not recline in one room.
Most of the nurses here are really nice but don't go here if you have difficult veins. My two daughters went to this infusion center based on the recommendation and referral from our primary care physician. Multiple nurses tried to work with my 22 year old daughters difficult veins but they poked her so many times she had bruises all over the place post infusion. I experienced an infusion reaction immediately after discharge. The nurses NEVER took my vitals, patronized me, and recommended I drive myself home. DO NOT GO HERE.
